The Spectre 2 carabiner is very strong, easy to handle, very safe and remarkably light. At only 32g with a 9kN gate open strength and a well rounded 8.5mm rope bearing radius the Spectre 2 is hard to beat.

The Spectre 2 includes all the usual DMM refinements such as a shrouded nose, an even tension gate and a well rumbled finish to remove any sharp edges or clipping lines. It behaves very well on all webbings from 8mm dyneema to 16mm nylon and resists cross loading brilliantly. The perfect Biner for everything from roadside cragging to winter climbing and alpinisim.
