Dmm Torque Nuts

Although Torque Nuts can be used as a wide wedge, their biggest advantage is based on the camming principle of the original hexes. Keeping the all important pivot points but with a modern redesign, Dmm developed a piece of passive protection kit that is immensely strong yet very light. Rated at 14kN this equates to holding approx a 1.4 tonne static load. Just four sizes cover a very large range and they are all anodised for recognition and corrosion protection.

The Torque Nuts have a double Dyneema sling arrangement (patent pending) that allows you to easily minimise rope drag but without them bashing you in the knees when they are racked. A groove on the top of the nut protects the sling.

The Nutbuster blade is laser cut in Sheffield from the finest stainless steel and then given a taper so that it can access narrow placements, but is still stiff enough to dislodge nuts that are welded in - simply compare the blade to anything else on the market and you will see the difference.

The round hole in front of the rubber handle both reduces weight and helps accuracy so that you get nuts out faster without damaging their wires. The rubber handle makes the Nutbuster very easy to handle and allows wires to be hit hard with the blade digging into your hand.

The rubber handle can be removed if you want to really hit the blade hard with a stone.

The CCH Alien Cams are an ultra classic camming device favoured by rock jocks and aid climbers the world over. For many years the Aliens have been almost impossible to source in the UK but are once again being imported from the U.S. Aliens are incredibly easy to place and are highly flexable.
