Leki Summit Anti-Shock
The Leki Summit Anti shock is a classic walking pole with a Cork composite handle which reduces sweat and is warmer on the hand. The tubing is made of high tensile strength Aluminium produced in a special hot-air hardening process, giving outstanding strength. The Summit also comes with a Triple Spring System which allows 3 settings for the steel springs. Anyone can choose their individual spring setting according to weight and efficiency, or even de-activate the spring completely. Reduces stress on the joints, muscles and ligaments.

Black Diamond Expedition
Highly recommended poles for winter hillwalking and mountaineering. The Black Diamond Expedition poles use an external 'Flicklock' system which works like a clamp. This means that the poles can be adjusted easily with gloves or mitts on and tend not to freeze up like internal locking systems. They also come with a 3/4 snow basket, one side of which is flat and serrated to give more bit on hard neve. The handle features a dual- density grip, with soft grippy black elastomer sections, and denser plastic areas for support. Attached to the handle is an adjustable wrist loop with buckle. As the wrist loop is designed to be used while wearing gloves it can be a bit roomy for small hands or while not wearing gloves. This can be remedied by a bit of DIY using a pair of sharp scissors to trim the strap narrower to fit further through the buckle.
